Your course will be Certificate in Enrolled nursingat Ireda Campus Registration
Reporting and Registration will commence on 1st July 2025 and you must complete registration before 25th July 2025. When you report, you must bring your original authentic documents of UCE results.
Photocopies of these documents should be submitted to the Registrar’s office. Keep the original copy. Admission Criteria
You must be 18 years and above and must have passed English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, at least with passes at the same UCE sitting.
For new curriculum, candidates with scores of A, B, C, and D, are eligible to be admitted. Fees
Your fees will be 1,528,000/=shillings per semester and you must pay at least 1.000,000 shillings when you register. You must make all payments in the bank, using school bank slip or at any banking agent for Stanbic bank. When you report to school you will be given a school pay code for easy payment. No payments should be made in cash.

JOINING INSTRUCTIONS
As you join the school, you will be required to meet the following requirements.

16. Counselling Skills for Health Care Professionals by Rajinikanth AM; JAYPEE EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Preliminary training school examination ( PTS) done after 3 months introductory period at a fee of 50,000/=
2. Mid Semester examination/ pre State examinations conducted by the school before end of semester examinations at a fee of 50,000/= paid each semester
3. End of Semester examinations conducted by UNMEB at a fee of 200,000/= paid each semester
NB. The above rates are liable for revision by UNMEB. You will be notified as and when the changes occur.
ACCOMMODATION ALLOCATION
Following registration you will then be allocated a hostel from the office of the Dean of Students and Warden. Accommodation is allocated for each semester and you are expected to bring your own bedding and personal effects.
FEES PAYMENT Fees should be paid into the School account. All payments can be made at the banking agents for Stanbic bank. No students will be allowed to proceed to exams with outstanding balance. If you need to pay by installments the maximum number is 3 per semester. All payments MUST be made through the Bank; no payments should be made in cash to anyone. The school fee structure is as follows

MEDICAL EXAMINATION
All students are required to do medical examination from Good Care Medical Center in Teso Bar – Lira City as he/she reports to school.
SCHOOL DISCIPLINE
You are expected to conform to the rules and regulations governing all Health training schools. A copy will be availed to you and your parent/guardian must sign it as well
FOOD
The school provides meals of beans and posho. If a student cannot eat beans and posho, he/she takes the responsibility of feeding himself or herself, but should not affect attendance of classes or ward work
Identity card
If you lose the Identity card, you will be expected to pay a further charge of 20,000/= until the card is issued, you should carry your previous ID card (s) Finally, I congratulate you upon your selection and wish you success and God’s blessing at Victoria School of Nursing and Midwifery.
